To prevent this problem, T.CON has developed the “Intelligent Master Data Creator” as part of SAP's “Hack2Build” initiative - in close collaboration with the ERP provider's specialists. The chatbot offers comprehensive automation for entering material master data by relying on AI-driven recommendations, automatic data validation and guided workflows. Intelligent technologies based on SAP AI Core and GenAI Hub significantly simplify and accelerate the entire data creation process. The AI-based recommendations support the material manager by deriving sample suggestions from existing data and suggesting context-based inputs that ensure consistent and accurate data collection. The chatbot interface, which is easy to use with natural language, also ensures that even occasional users can complete the process without errors.
The “Intelligent Master Data Creator” - currently still a prototype - has met with great interest from SAP. Both the technical implementation and the business value were rated positively. We are working flat out to present the solution to our customers soon.
