ContactEva Heuer, who has been with T.CON since 2002 and was most recently responsible for Human Resources and Organizational Development, brings extensive experience to the company. Over the past few months she has prepared herself specifically for her new role through the planned management transition by working in all functional areas. “I am looking forward to actively shaping the strategic development of T.CON in my new role as Managing Director,” says Heuer. In doing so, she is building on her experience at the company: “What counts for us is the courage to break new ground and continuously develop further - an attitude that characterizes our work and strengthens the success of our company. Volker Schröck, who has been working for T.CON for 15 years, most recently as People & Culture Lead, will take over Heuer's responsibilities as Head of HR.
